Outlet for the fuel depot to fill barges it looks like (being as how its on the water at the dock) at the fuel dump area southeast of town.

Spent some of my formative years in an Ontario Village called Lanark and went to Uni at Waterloo for my planning undergrad. Graduated, got a job and drove to Yellowknife to work for the City. Far away from friends and family. On the way I met some people, saw some things and did some stuff. Now I live here and spend my time trying not to be bored or boring.
